Tabata Intervals : Day 2 (Feeling The Burn)

Today was a good workout day. Didn’t go to bed till like 1 am but am feeling ok now (it’s 5:37). I did the arm workouts today and realized how unfit I am. My legs were shaking and everything and I felt like I wanted to be sick. A good workout! I’m getting that feeling that I got the first time I did this routine already. I ate a lot more yesterday too and think my food intake will go up over the next week.

My form was

  • Biceps = 2
  • Push-Ups = 8

The bicep curls were so hard. When I stood up I felt as if my legs were gonna give in towards the end. I’m amazed I got through 8 reps of push-ups every time. I actually did a proper warm up and warm down today with my new iPod Shuffle which I got for £46 especially for exercise.

Going Dads to watch the match today. Tomorrow is 15 minutes running at 50% which should be fun.
