Tabata Intervals : Day 4 (First Squats/Calf Raises)

Current form is

  • Squats – 6
  • Calf Raises – 21
  • Difficulty 7.5/10 – slightly easier than yesterdays mega run

To be honest the squats went much better in the first few rounds but that’s the whole point to pick the lowest score. My thighs are killing me now and my calves area quite tense still. I walked 25m down the road and back after the workout to loosen up my legs too.

Getting into the routine now but STILL going to bed too late. I know as soon as I sit on the sofa I’m gonna fall asleep :) . It’s ready for bed at 10:30 at the latest tonight because when I get a job I don’t wanna be in the habit of sleeping in the middle of the day.

This is a short entry but not much to report. Tired, enjoying the exercise though. Felt really stiff yesterday and do already from today which means I’m pushing myself hard and gains will come quick. Really feeling the energy boost inside though. I can feel my body changing and it feels pretty good. Definitely a change from the pre-workout photo already. Pleased with results :) . I might start doing 1 photo per week to compare longer term results as wel as the daily photo.
