Tabata Intervals : Day 18 (Great Legs Workout)

Had a great invigorating workout today. My form was

  • Squats – 13
  • Calf Raises – 35

My calves and legs both feel really tired and I actually felt a little sick after doing this workout and did a 1 minute walking warm down. I would give it a difficulty of 9/10. I still cannot wait the 23 days until I get a set of weights and my JML Iron Gym set.

Got that job interview today so I’m off to iron my shirt and pants. I’m a little nervous but I will write up tomorrow and tell you if I got it. Tomorrow is Abs workout!
