I apologize about todays picture quality. Youtube was down so I had to use Facebook Video (groan). Today was an ok-ish workout. Difficulty 7/10. Not too difficult. My form was

  • Sit-ups -13
  • Planks – all complete

I used the 2.5kg weights once again for doing the sit-ups.. Really just feel like I need a better workout as there is no challenge any more and I need the challenge. I’m going for a run with Lee today and biking to and from that will be a workout in its own. Will write up how far it is tomorrow.

I decided that when I get weights I will do a workout of starting at a medium difficulty weight. I will then do 15 reps of perfect form. When I can do this comfortably with this weight I will add on another 5lbs and just go from there. I aim to keep the Tabata Routine though, as in Mondays = legs etc.
