About

This blog is the account of my spiritual growth and personal development. I am to write a minimum of one post per week from the start but it will probably be closer to 3. My main aim is to provide value and make a full time income.

My Story

When I left college at 16 I had a real tough time. I started university twice in 2 years and moving out amongst other students I struggled with things like alcohol, depression and living on my own. But this suffering would be my greatest teacher.

At roughly 17, I found Eckhart Tolles ‘The Power of Now’ in a bookstore and I just knew I had to buy it. Maybe it was the cover, or the title. The book is absolute genius. It puts things like time management into perspective and makes life events insignificant to what you already have within you.

I started reading Steve Pavlinas’ blog (Huge influence on my life).  I found that he could combine foreground personal development techniques and logic with things like spirituality which intrigued me. This was a great awakening period for me in which I got a much greater control over my ego.

From 18-20 I lived with family and worked several jobs including working online for myself doing affiliate marketing where I did well. I still get cheques today but didn’t enjoy it.

I started this blog twice in the past but never continued longer than a week or so. I was starting to think I was just one of life’s quitters but then realized that I was doing work that was meaningless to me. If I found it meaningless I wouldn’t work well.

I’ve got a little money now and some coming through from affiliate marketing. I know I can make money online now and just have to find out how to do it doing what I love and this is that process.

This year I plan to exercise daily, become a vegan, wake up at 5am, start socializing more. I will blog about it too and give you the benefits of my experience.

WARNING: ALL THIS WRITING IS MENTAL MASTURBATION IF YOU DO NOT TAKE ACTION IMMEDIATELY AFTER READING ONE OF MY BLOG POSTS.

I started writing seriously at this blog in January 2010.
