Pretty average day today to be honest. I would give it difficulty of 6.5/10. I’m considering just doing this for 30 days as a 30 day trial instead of the original 6 weeks. Because if I continue at this rate I’m just wasting blog space. I’m not improving becase I haven’t got the equipment yet. The first 5 days, I woke up with physical pain the next day, the good type but since then it’s been easy coasting.  It’s just an idea at the moment anyways.

Todays form was

  • Squats – 13
  • Calf Raises – 35

Good form but it seems to have stagnated and I get those numbers pretty much consistently. I’ve got a job interview cleaning after hours at a school today too in Eccles.

Ok. Decent workout today with a difficulty of about a 7/10. Todays form was

  • Bicep Curls – 19
  • Push-ups – 7

I’m getting better at push-ups which is a surprise to me. The first round I did about 17 but slowly went down to 7.

Form so far for both exercises is

  • Bicep Curls – 2, 6, 11, 17, 19
  • Push-Ups – 8, 6, 4, 5, 7

Push-Ups is a strange one because I seem to have gone down for 2 weeks and then up for 2 weeks. Bicep curls is showing a marked improvement week on week. Went out last night so only went to sleep at roughly 1am. This is the hardest workout of the week for me and to see marked improvement with a highest ever score for Bicep Curls and a second highest ever for push-ups makes me really happy.

Lee never came jogging yesterday. He had to see his brother which is fair enough. He couldn’t contact me either. I have a lot of chores to do today this morning to keep me awake including some hoovering. I presume that if I keep myself busy in the early hours it will be a habit that will stick with me when I get a job.  I’ve not rode my bike for a few days now. Ill go to the shops on it later though.

Tomorrow is Legs Workout, my favourite!
