Workout wasn’t so bad today. I really need those weights I’m getting for my birthday though. Only 25 days left to go! I bought a bike off my brothers and fixed it u[ yesterday and got a lock etc. It’s in the back garden now. I’l be able to ride it into the town centre, to Mums, Dads, Nathans, Jordons and mabe even work when I get a job. We’ll see. All that I’m bothered about is that it will get me some more exercise.
My form today was
- Rock Bicep Curls – 14
- Push-Ups – 6
My hands kept on slipping on the rock but I’m pretty pleased with this workout. Diffculty 6/10. Will get to ride my bike today to my Dads for the United game at 17:30.
Tomorrow is running. I might hold weights in my hands whilst running to see what it feels like. Either way it should be interesting. 15 minutes as far as I can go.
